2008 Deadlines:

Service Trip Information Form (preliminary info) due: February 1
Participant materials due to trip organizers: February 22
Participant materials due to Community Service Office: February 29
Service Trip Information Form (finalized info) due: February 29

Important Notes:

All individuals participating in trips, including Trip Organizers, must complete Participant forms
Student Union groups planning to rent vehicles through Enterprise must also complete a Vehicle Request Form.

Washington University, through its Service Trip Coordinating Council, is committed to ensuring that all community service trips organized for WU students are safe, effective, and educational. If you are organizing a service trip and would like to participate in the Council, if you have questions regarding your service trip, or if you would like to learn about service trips being planned for 2008, please contact Stephanie Kurtzman at stephanie.kurtzman@wustl.edu or 935-5599.

To assure that all service trip participants are properly prepared for their volunteer experience, and to share these rich experiences with the campus community upon return, volunteers for all trips will be expected to participate in a pre-trip training and a reunion debrief.
