Mission Statement A program presented by the Eastern Missouri Western Illinois Jurisdiction Youth Department in conjunction with The Neighborhood Outreach Center which seeks to restore American families and to help our youth excel. |
Volunteer Opportunities Mentoring youth ages 5 to 21 in sessions every 4th Saturday consisting of tutoring, arts and crafts, games, computers, and more. |
