Mission Statement
A program presented by the Eastern Missouri Western Illinois Jurisdiction Youth Department in conjunction with The Neighborhood Outreach Center which seeks to restore American families and to help our youth excel.
Volunteer Opportunities
Mentoring youth ages 5 to 21 in sessions every 4th Saturday consisting of tutoring, arts and crafts, games, computers, and more.
